…er script and analysis script (all in macros). Including the qe.txt and UVS text files allows for clean reproduction of the results in https://arxiv.org/pdf/1710.07100.pdf Detector construction needed to be reworked a bit to get that to work, but I can reproduce the 2015/6 results nicely now.

Updating Qsim with better messenger commands, new macros, and a wrapper script and analysis script (all in macros).
